The space is also big enough to accommodate couples training, which we regularly do ourselves!

Equipment includes:
- Wenoker exercise bike

- Low/high cable machine
- Mens and ladies barbells & EZ bar
- 200kg+ freeweights
- Nuobell adjustable dumbbells (2-32kg)
- Adjustable kettle bell, sandbag
- Exercise bands and accessories

It's a gym away from the gym, where the equipment you want is always available 🙂
